The alarm keeps goin off on me 110, when I lock it up and leave me bezzie mate inside. Is there a way of locking it without enabling the volumetric sensor? (I've had other cars that allow this - e.g. lock, unlock, lock within 10 sec on a Nissan).
The handbook says nowt about it.

Might not be same for yours, but on mine i lock it with the key that enables the alarm/immobiliser but not volumetric sensor.

If it's the same as earlier models you can turn the ignition on and then off again quick and then blip it. That should turn off the proxy sensor.

Do you have to do that every time, or is the proxy sensor then off till you turn it on again (how)?

I think that it the resets next time you turn the ignition on so you would need to do it every time you want to leave him in it.

Best thing you can do is to leave the drivers window down, and the have a play. You can set the alarm, give it 30 secs and then try waving yer hand in the car or sticking yer head through the window.

Thanks, I'll try it and see! :)

That don't work.

Neither does blipping with the driver's door open, then closing it immediately.

Do you not just lock it with the key?
That works!
(After freeing up the key hole, which had never been used before).
