psi powerbox led

Hi I have checked all the connectors and pipe to the map sensor. I have open the psi box to check the leds and they are not lit. No broken wires either.

I have emailed psi. The box has a chip inside and a green and a red led. it was working well until today. My dse is a 99 with egr. The psi box has 4 connections, 2 between the map sensor and the other 2 between the fip. the map pipe is clear and the maf is clean too. Just wondered if the leds were for diagnostics and should they be on

Can you clean the MAP sensor and how can you measure the valve? Does the MAP sensor fail?

Everything can fail, but not seen many failures reported. Is the pipe from the manifold to the MAP sensor in place with no splits at the ends?
I would expect that the green LED in the PSI box should illuminate, but I'm only guessing:)

I too think the green led should light but could be wrong. I have checked the MAP sensor and it gives the correct voltage change like the checks on youtube show. The pipe is new with no splits and clean. The MAF is also clean. The box connecttions are good too. I have emailed PSI, but was hoping someone with a PSI box could check their box. Is the rimmer one the same too?
