I fully understand the concept of an axle on leaf springs moving backwards under upward movment and forward under downward movement, so a slideing joint is needed on the prop,
An axle with radius arms will have less forward and backward movment (obviously the more modified, more movment)

My front prop which is not seized will only conpress just enough to be removed
Can any one recall how much there front prop conpressd under removall.
Im gunner chop the splind end down 20mm coz it dont seem right to me

which end will it only just compress enough ,t/box then thats ok or front then not so ,you need to chop the tube at other end to slide to shorten it or get another fitting prop

The axle end, before i fit it i will look at choping tube or spline for now then look into a moded prop

Its on a RR classic hybrid

Cheers

V8 and 4 speed box
the rear prop looks to have been cut down but cant see why the front would bee to long coz engine and box match the chassis, I think

that disco prop sounds good saves having a prop firm cut and ballance one

bear in mind 4 speed box ,borwarner and lt230 will be slightly different length props ,may be disco at the moment but doesnt sound like 4 speed one which may be quite hard to find
