refitted my prop at vcu bearing had gone (bell new ones now)
fitted back to the mark when taken off.
but at 45 plus there is a vibration not big just anoth to be annoying .
can i take the back prop off (from vcu to diff) and run it that would tell me witch one in not fine.
thanks

Undo the bolts at the end of one prop, then tighten them again. This has solved the issue you raise many times before, on vehicles with vibrations at higher speeds only, although some disapprove of this method. Failing that do the same to the other prop. If that don't work take one prop oft at the diff/ird end and rotate it to the next set of bolt holes, then fit again proper.

Yer don't have to mark it and put it back to the marks as the props are balanced separately in manufacture and spin at differing speeds to each other so it don't matter. But some do mark them as it's a way to ruling out problems like bending a prop oft road. Minor adjustments like above have worked in the past.

hi i have remounted the rear prop(diff) to the next holes witch is 180.
will give the ird mount ago.
thank you

took rear prop off (vcu to diff) hit 50 mph and starts vibrating .
