Hi , looking to get a defneder 90 this year and need as much advise as i can before buying , as i usually steep in with both feet and get the wrong thing , looking a jeep for mild off roading very odd pay and play , was looking at v8 s and 200tdi and 300tdi s , first can you wade threw a ford in v8 ?? am i being stupid asking this but would the carbs not get flooded ?? also mileage on the tdi sare well over the 100k mark ?? budget between 4k and 5k

No. 1- never call a LANDY a JEEP!!!!!

yes you can wade with a V8, you just ahve to be very carefull and do a bit a prep work. If you want to do some fording, then either a 200 or 300tdi would be best. There isnt much between them, same power output
@100'000 miles, the engine is only just being run in:p
