problems after jump starting

Hi guys,
can you help. My 1999 4-6 hse had a flat battery this morning, no probs i thought got the jump leads out started 1st turn of the ignition. Then the problems started the remote locking does not work and if you ,say ,open a window the computer starts checking for faults. Do i have to take her to have a reset or what????

put your key in the drivers door and unlock it while pressing unlock on the fob, then put your key in the ignition. this will sort out your locking.
fire ya car up and open and close each window in turn and the display will say window set. do the same with your sunroof(just up and down). and it should sort it...

The error messages when you operate the windows, what are they?

If they need setting then do a search on how to set the windows and you will also have that sorted.
