Problem With Radio !!

PLEASE HELP

I have the clarion head unit, I took the unit out, and then put it back in, i put the code in the wrong way, then i had to answer the phone, so i locked the car, then when i went to put the code in again all i get is 4 lines on the screen !! PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

You may need to disconnect the power completely from the head unit.

There is a permanent +12 volt feed which retains the memory etc.

Leave it unplugged for a few minutes and re-connect. This should bring you back to the "enter code" function.

Hold down the BAND button and it should then let you re-enter the correct code.
