Hi new to posting but have been searching the site with difficulty trying to resolve a problem.
I have a disco 300TDI 96 we have blocked the EGR valve and did notice some difference in fuel - however about 1 - 2 weeks later the check engine light came on and I am now struggling to find out the problem. The symptoms are: when accelerating with foot flat to ground very little power then all of a sudden it learches through. It is stalling occasionally too when coming to a slow speed. Any ideas?
