Just checked the maf sensor and looks new not a thing on it :/ so ruled that out unless it's faulty but doubt it as car run perfect before cleaning inlet going to take turbo hoses off to check for splits now I suppose

Don't think be this but when I done inlet clean I also checked the standard air filter and I seen somewhere to cut the white cotton off it so now filter only has the paper on it don't think could be that ???

Right after a long day trying to figure out why car is feeling sluggish just found this on turbo solinoid the last pipe on the end is split would this be making it under powered ? What exactly does it do? I no it goes to the big ball thing lol and I've now reconnected it but not had chance to test drive it as baby is a sleep and wife at work lol

Teasdale.
Glad you found the leak, all hose are best checked when doing the manifold clean, with the ( MAP sensor removed ) give the FL a good service oil. air, PCV filter, fuel filter, and turbo filter pollen filter changes, at the same time change the T leak back joints from plastic to brass and the hoses there should be enough so you can change the BGR hoses and the turbo hoses from the solenoid links below
