It could also cause your truck to set itself on fire for the sake of 'gethomeitis'

Fuses blow for a reason and the rating is designed to protect whatever circuit the fuse is in.

have used household fusewire (remember that stuff

)before now, the closest I can get, or adding them together to get the required ampage, usually does for an emergency repair.
