Pro comp shocks Any good ??

Hi all

The series 3 has got parabolics on it now (2 Leaf front and 3 Leaf rear) but i am running standard shocks all round.

I am thinking of getting a set of Pro Comp XL , would it make the ride any better on the road and would it perform better off road ??

Am I right in saying that the parabolics will give a bit more articulation - and the standard shocks don't extend that much....so the pro comp +2" ones will?

We are building a series 2 (not my 2A) with Parabolics and Pro Comps but it will be a few months away until we can test the ride! as its a chassis and a pile of bits at the moment.

Pro comp shocks Any good ??
