I paid £2k for my 1999 Diesel in Sept, and makes the MOT bill of £1500 easier to accept.
The reality is, they are only worth what someone is willing to pay, and these companies know a lot of very rich people with too much money, looking for 'investments'!

I will let mine go for £9.999 one careful owner probably ,all the rest were not so careful .

Kind of funny I sold my RRC manual for 6times what I payed for it...
I payed pittance for my P38 in 2017, maybe the same will happen..
Got to be carful though, the vast majority of the 7k and up cars have been up for sale for months...

Japanese mot standards are much higher than ours so their cars are kept like new to comply with the regulations. A ten year old jap import is like a 3 year old in the UK.
