price of chrome swivel balls!!

i am currently overhauling front axle of my 1974 series3. Prices of bearings,gaskets,oil seals etc. seem pretty much the same wherever i check. Big difference in the chrome swivel ball though. Cheapest I have seen new is about £50 dearest £95 + VAT. Is their a huge difference in the quality of this part depending on what you pay or is it just poor pricing by some companies. All advice welcome as I would like to get on with the overhaul asap.
