I"ve noticed that the rear Indicators on my 2003 Serengeti are not that bright. Is it possible to buy LED Bulbs to replace both the Stop(Clear) and (Orange) Indicator bulbs

Not legally, or easily for the indicators.
Make sure the grounding points are clean, as corrosion here can reduce tail light output.
