power steering

Guys is there a way i can fit power steering to my 2 1/4 90.. my crank shaft pulley only has 1 band groove..and im unsure if i will have bolt holes on the side of the engine to take the pump.. can anyone offer any advice?

Holes should be on the block. you will need a crank pulley of a td or tdi and then the respective pump frame to go onto the block of the same engine and then a td or tdi pump with pulley to fit it.

Make sure you get a pump for a defender not a disco. I have modified a disco one to fit defender. it is up for grabs. with all the pipe work and mounting plate.

So i just use a crank from a diesel tdi defnder/ discovery? is it the same diameter as a 2 1/4 petrol one ect?

Not the whole crank just the pulley.
