Right, I have a power steering fliud leak coming from the mailn union on the back of the pump. I have tightened the banjo bolt as much as humanly poss but the pipe can still be moved. My beast of burden is a d reg 90 2.5td. My hair has gone and fingers black, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Try undoing it and examine it carefully for damage and to make sure all components are present look in a manual or parts list to check what should be there.Dont force it you may cause more damage!:)

chances are it might just be the seal needing replaced..... but don't over tighten it and knacker it again!;):D
 
Thanks lads. Ended up using 3 washers on the bolt as the threads were bottoming out before the pipe was tight. All done now with no leaks (from there anyway).:D:D:D:D
