Freelander 1 Power steering hose part numbers ... HELP!!

HI Folks,
So i just came away from the Swiss MOT with a seepy power steering hose "get it done in 14 days please Sir"..

I know, i know this quest must have been asked before ..
1. Online workshop/parts manual?
2. Where do you guys buy your parts from .. I have been using Paddocks for my Series III stuff.

We won't be talking about how
A. the drivers window decided to only go half way down
B. the number plate light didn't
