Positive Castor problem?

hello,

been a while.

just fitted flo-flex polybush kit, (orange) to shock and radius arm. all went on ok but it seems to have given a positive castor.

all bolts are tight and all is fitted and seated properly.

one of the pics shows old and new bushes and the newer ones are slightly bigger, which i know would give a slight positive castor. just guesed the size difference is down to the old ones being worn.

this now results is the shock being at an angle, almost touching the shock turret.

has anyone had the same problem or can anyone suggest a fix. (no doubt i'll get the replies of, "those bushes are ****" and "just put the old ones back on" but that doesnt really help!

Shorten the bush with a hack saw?

A bodge I'll grant you, but without replaceing them with genuine standard rubber bushes there is little else that you can do.

it's a live axle and should not alter, have you consulted the manufacturer, sharp stanley knife

plan to call them in the morning.

trimming them is tempting and would fix the problem but surely they should fit properly? dont really want to mess about with them.

just wondering if anyone has fitted this kit and had same problem, or not?
