Please Help Heater/AC not working

Okay so I recently got a 1995 RRC ac/heater panel didnt work. Previous owner said AC and heater fans/motor great. But I have No fan at any setting and the AC and recycle button have no lights (backlight works fine). Relays under passenger dash and fuse under drivers seem fine as well as the 60amp in engine comp. I replaced the panel unit itself with a newer switch and nothing

Could it be the Heater Blower Motor Resistor or a fuse I didn't know about or...?

Thanks, is it normal for there to show no power on AC/recycle button with this switch? Also where is it located, 95 is a weird transition year so having a hard time.

it used to be located under the scuttle panel under the windscreen, not sure if it was moved for the 1995 model year...

Do you have RAVE?? as it will all be in there as well as the electrical schematics etc!
