notice yer get a hand throttle with the bulkhead, but didnt notice the outriggers you mentioned that need work. was in a bit o a rush tho.

yeah sorry didnt take pictures of riggers, will do that later. not going away now so working on truck all week but a little stuck with no paint arriving yet. bluddy post office delaying delivery again.......

not particulary, would have been one of those things if you couldnt get another
i would have had a go at sorting the existing one out.
stick it on ebay, someone'll buy it!
edit- but take all the useful bits off it first!

it not my place to negotiate money, but i'm sure it'll reflect the condition!

i only want it as a challenge and something to use up all this steel plating i have in me man cave ( shed /workshop )

and if im sucessfull with it could go towards a series of me own one day lol:D:D
 
hi johnny, you will need a lot more plate to fix this one up.... dont think there would be enough in sheffield. if your wanting it pop over and have a look - bring some beer tokens, couple of smallish steel plates for me to pracise on, some tea bags and choccy biscuits.... pm me if you want to come over to arrange a time....

well i dont drink (that often) will cost you to get over here (and might put you to work on mine lol...... just a token of your appreciation would suffice johnny.....

might be weekend after next as ive got 2 vauxhalls in bits over the road and all me cash (derv money ) is tied up in those

but ill gladly work on yours fer a day hell even make the brews while im at it ( good at multi tasking )

have yer got yer own welder or do i need to bring mine :D:D:D

i do have a welder but no gas at moment.. too busy with the other stuff and reading the manuals to see how to take things apart.....

I might be tempted to bob along with the spanners and mig if thats any use, due a trip to sheffield to see the family so not a million miles away, and hopefully someone in this team might give me some idea how to use the welder - if i don't work it out before hand! :)
 
i dont fekkin believe it ive just had a mondeo dumped on me front with a clutch kit on the back seat and the geezer has asked me to do it by tomorrow night as he needs it fer work on friday ffs ( kerbside autos here we go )

i think this ones being done under the hoist just undoo evrything and lift the fekkin car orff the engine subframe and evrythin else fookin messy business but atleast its better than stackin shelves in tescos or summot lol :cool::cool::cool:
 
am i good or wot the clutch is done and theres another job being towed my way this evening ( young girl in a vauxhall vectra hammered it through a flooded road and it wont have any of it wont fire or nothing )

then half hour ago booked an escort in for a load of mot advisorys from last year

right that sounds like a brill idea (and no niel not the beer tokens lol)... it sounds like a date to me... all round my place, couple of beers, chin wag, all having a small section of me beast to work on, overnight accom, breakfast next morn and then you can all fick off lol.....
but seriously, why not, not had anyone take the **** out of me yet for taking on this job...... and besides i think i need a bit of moral support.....
we could get ukakita up too and maybe rhino...
