Phone pairing and sat nav

Hi

My dashboard isn’t acknowledging that my phone has paired with the car, I can still talk through Bluetooth but car doesn’t register my phone is paired. Means I still have to use my phone to dial numbers.

Does anyone know of a solution?

also Sat Nav has recently started freezing when I try to input a post code.
