Could you provide less info please. I mean why would engine type, budget, current mods, intent have anything to do with.....

So not a V8 then? i.e. the most common engine you'd want a performance cam for....
What mods do you already have? As a rule with diesel tuning, you have to get a long way down the road to maxing out the power to worry about cams. Mostly because you using forced induction and secondly due to the velocity of the flame front in a diesel engine. Negating most of the advantages of high lift cams.

I’m working my way through upgrades and the cam along with an upgraded main rad and inter cooler and hoses seems like the best startHi there and welcome

I’ve got updated inter cooler and main rad and associated hoses and full electric fan, valves pistons and crank along with the cam are the next to do I’ve got a stage 2 or 3 tune lined up along with a larger turbo to fit and full stainless but certain bits like the cam I’m struggling to find to finish the job

I'm not a diesel boy, but i didn't know performance cams were a thing. I thought it was all about remaps, bigger intercoolers etc

The truck my boss ran happened to be cammed and it was a 10p TD5 thanks for your help though
