Passenger door lock and gas system solonoid

This morning I woke up to a couple of little problems.

Number 1 is I believe the Solonoid on my LPG gas system is a magnetic switch or so I have been told that is what it is and I believe that it is sticking causing the engine to simply die when I switch over to gas and then take my foot off the accelerator. When I fire up the engine it will run fine on petrol until I switch back over to gas and the same thing will happen again, this happened until I just about got home and then everything worked fine.

So my question is this am I right in what I am saying or could it be something else, if I am right where can I get a new one.

I have attached a picture and I think the greeny blue thing is the solonoid, as you can see the casing is cracked so it may well be damaged???

Now for my second problem.

When I lock the car with the remote the passenger side door doesnt lock, you see the lock go down but then it comes back up but the rest of the doors lock ok.

Now I unlocked the car got inside put the key in the ignition and locked the car with me inside using my door lock and did this a few times intil te passenger side lock stayed down, however when I tried it with the remote again it went down enough to lock the door but if I try the door handle it starts to force it up again.

Has anyone got any clue's as to how to sort this.
