PAS pressure hose?

Hi,

I'm in the middle of putting a Disco 200Tdi in my 90, engine is in and now I'm sorting the plumbing.

Unfortunately when I bought my donor engine it didn't come with the PAS hoses off the Disco... does anyone know the part number for the pressure hose?

Alternatively, does anyone know the thread size in the Disco PAS pump?

Has anyone tried modifying the TD PAS hose with a hydraulic compression fitting to match that on the pump? Our local agricultural dealer has several types that look that they would work.

Do you mean the pump or the steering box? The partnumber for the pipe from pump to the steering box is NTC8193 (RHD). It's for a defender 200tdi, but I guess it would also fit a disco pump.
Than there is the other end. What kind of st. box do you have? 4 and 6 bolt boxes have metric thread, 3 bolt imperial. Don't know what kind of box is standard on a 200tdi, but I guess NTC8193 has metric thread on the box end (my 200tdi conversion had a 4 bolt steering box in it before I changed it to a lhd).

It's the pipe from pump to steering box. I have a 4 bolt steering box.

The end I'm interested in is the pump end. The reason for asking about modifying is because I replaced both pas pipes about three months ago and I'd like to try to reuse them both.
