PAS fluid p1ss out

Bit of a no brainer really but would appreciate second,third even fourth opinions......

......disco 300tdi auto 97,fluid p1ssing out the bottom of power steering box,empties in about 15 mins of driving....is it the bottom seal on the box (no fluid evident on hoses or anywhere else) needing replacing,a la paddocks,thusly :

STC2847R Seal Kit for PAS box

or what?Cos thats what it looks like to moi.Any advice on the job from those who been there before?

ya need a new bottom seal kit (£4.80 +p&p)
