Parts identification

Still breaking my 98 ES 300tdi auto.
I've been doing a bit more dismantling today and i have a few parts which I'm not entirely sure what hey are:

Steering coupler? Removed from behind the steering wheel

Something to do with the cruise control? Located behind NS headlight

Top one transfers signals from the horn/ steering wheel buttons to the loom as the wheel turns it provides a way of the wires passing without tangling up, bottom one I have no idea

Looks like the cruise control vacuum pump?

No looks like, they are: Steering rotary coupler and a vacuum pump FUW cruise control.
