part number hi/lo box help

hi guys, my hi/low stick is flimsy when up and down. and when i look undernearth the rod goes through a bracket with a 13mm nut on the end, well this linking bracket thing is snapped on one side, can any one help with a part number or what this part is called. heres an image and ive highlted wat i think is to be the part i require.

Picture from Microcat ... for an LT230 Transfer box ...dunno if it comes singly or as a pack of parts, in fact dunno how to use Microcat particularly well, mainly 'cos I hardly use it ... but it's dead handy when I do.
