Right guys, i have a 2004 110 td5.

Fitting an eberspacher heater just now and have removed the back fuel tank which is the plastic version rather than the older metal one.

The part numbers im after, are for the little fuel line clips that join the fuel lines to the fuel tank, there are four of them, White, Blue, Green and Black.

I managed to break of 2 of them the green and black ones, so i cant reconnect the tank till i get hold of them.

I have check the parts catalogue but can see them there, i have read that its a common thing to happen when removing the rear fuel tank, so if anyone has recently changed their fuel tank and has had to order these parts, i would appreciate the parts numbers.

Many thanks

Col

I hope you dont have to buy a complete pipe do you?

As i say its just the little plastic joining clip that has broken off on the black pipe clip and the green pipe clip.

it's what i had to do, maybe you will have more luck i just needed to get my 90 back on the road.
But i must say they look well pressed in but i no what you saying it's an expensive fix for a flimsy bit of plastic. Good luck

Thanks mate, i hope your wrong, as you say its a flimsy wee bit of plastic, when i snapped them, my first thought was, oh well, no problem, they cant cost more that a couple of pounds, hopefully someone else has had this problem and has the answer.

big shameless bump on this one, been searching the parts lists on line with no luck, unless someone can point me in the right direction, my 110 will be on retirement duty for the near future.

I cant believe you have to buy a complete new fuel line, just to replace the broken plastic connectors to the fuel pump/sender in the tank

i believe they come with pipe, cant you try ordinary push fits after cutting pipe square you can get them with rubber pipe spigot etc
