Fuel feed to fuel filter on 200 tdi on a 90 with drivers side fuel tank.

Ive ordered twice what i thought were the right thing and got one waaaay too long - must be a 110 and the other was the spill rail - which i needed anyway :)

Someone cut through mine....... Oops. Not me - not at all.

On the plus side defender flywheels already have the hex bolts through into the ladder and they dont look retro fitted and studs everywhere :/ will upload a photo in a bit and see what you think.

Then . Genuine seal for the main crank seal - that much i gather but what about the gasket behind the fly wheel - genuine or allmakes premium ok ? 20 quid price difference on this one ...and the allmakes is 5 quid more than the britpart.

Nope im still at a loss.

It seems the pipe i thought i had that was right...is wrong....

Its the right pipe for my 19j wrong for the 200tdi

So as it stands i need both feed and spill for a 200tdi - previous owner cut them both,

Do i need a sedimenter too ? Been through retroanaconda pdfs for fuel and found nothing definitive.

http://www.retroanaconda.com/landro...rakes_fuel_air_exhaust_cool_heat_p581-718.pdf

none of that seems to match what i have.

I have a 200TDI engine - 11J and all ancillaries.

i reckon i could use ntc4600 from the tank to the lift pump - then a hose lift pump to filter , filter to IP - IP to injectors. (i have all of these plumbed in)

but everything on that PDF shows the return coming from the filter - except the V8 - my 200TDI filter has all pipes connected. i seem to have a cut pipe coming off the back of the IP - where the spill rail is connected with a banjo and a second spigot pipe coming off it for the return to connect to. - what pipe do i need to connect to this - could i just fudge it with a second NTC 4600 - as the connectors look similar - would the pipe just end up too long/ short ?

easy solution would be to batter in my 19j filter , but id rather have the 200tdi unit.

Stolen from buster but i need that pipe that has been screwed in there... one of them - to a 90 fuel tank pick up.

still looking for photos of the other.

i do - i could - i can , id rather have a stockish looking fit if i can ....

if not ill be sticking generic on - but i have not had great longevity out of braded rubber hose in the past.

could go to pirtek and have em made - but based on when they quoted on a quiet saturday morning for a power steering line for my frontera they can swivel.

This is my fly wheel housing.

turns out i was confused - everything you read on the web is about bodging disco engines into fenders.... turns out the 11J shouldnt need modifying - bar one stud thats clearly missing i seem to have a ships complement of studs to match up to my lt77.

this is what glencoyne do to your disco to make it fit your lt77....

looks the same to me.......

Got a OEM ERR1440 on its way and an ERR2532G on its way anyway as i still need to change both :( - previous owner has supplied me with two non G suffix ****parts in my box of bits.....
