Part number for springs and reverse light switch

Could anyone tell me the part number for the reverse light switch on the gearbox and the springs that are on either side of the gear stick?

Mine are covered in mud... the switch is just jammed, doesnt move at all..
and the spring seem too weak, they are not strong enough to put the gear stick back in the centre...

want to buy it online but cant find these parts!
Its for a disco 200tdi...

this is what i'm after..

the 2 springs and the switch to the left of the gear stick when you engage reverse..

thanks redhand... but dont think its that..

maybe what I need is not actually the switch?
its the bit that sits next to the gear stick, looks like a piston that when you push the gear stick against it, it pushes a bolt looking thing agains the actual switch, making contact and turning the lights on...

arrghh.. its hard to explain!
 
I'll get some more pics this evening when i get home...

i've cleaned all that mud now and springs.
Fitted one spring back in, but it just isnt strong enough to push the gear stick back to the middle.....
