Parking Sensors For P38

Hi ...
I Bought Parking Sensors For My P38 .. But Is It Easy To Punch The Rear Anti-shock Made Of Hard Metal TO FIT THE SENSORS THERE ????
Who Has An Idea Please ?

i got them on mine, the hole cutter they provided was less than useless, it strugled with the plastic, let alone the metal so i drilled as large a hole as poss and went to town with a round file, took 20 mins per hole a spose! then connected 2 wires, thats it..................

i wouldnt say that, you will break before it does!
its as strong as steel as it is steel but its possible to do the job say 15/20 mins per hole

parking in my street is a nightmare at the best of time, a friend of mine says he reverses till he get a nudge sound, trouble is when all other cars around are so much smaller a nudge comes with a crack and it susually front grill!
allthough the P38 is such an easy motor to drive/park having parking sensors have made it just so much easier.
(and its cool too)

Exactly. When you hear the car behind crunching, then you are probably back far enough. Just fit bullbars if you need the same for the front

oh god ..
i was reversing and boom !!!!!!i crushed a nissan sunny 2007 , 15 minutes before i fit the new sensors ...
i hope that no more crushing now .. with the rear parking sensors ..

CISBO Parking Sensors for only NOW ONLY £39.99 with 4 sensors, UK Delivery.
i got them from ebay, £27 delivered and they work ok, sometimes i think they pick up the exhaust fumes though, only sometimes and you have to keep them clean but thats no problem really

I went to B&Q and got a drill which was the right size for the sensors it cost £11 but each hole only took a couple of minutes to do.
