I'd rather be in Scotland
Thought I'd just mention the top service I got last week with Paddocks. Phoned up late last Mon afternoon, about 15 minutes before they closed. I ordered a full set of leaf springs shocks etc for my 88" SIII and it all arived on Thur.:)

Delivery cost less than six quid too. So what I hear you say? Well I live in Germany! Most of the big imternational companies could learn a thing or two from them. More than happy and as a result I shall use them whenever possible in the future.:D

I'm even luckier, Paddock are only 8 miles down the road for me.

Regards WP.

Yes but if you go there in your SII you'll use roughly a gallon of fuel. At current prices there's not much difference in the cost of getting the spares. However, if I lived that close to Paddocks my bank balance would be a lot worse than it already is ;-) Although my SIII would look al lot better.

Doesn't even count regarding the cost of fuel chap, a 16 mile round trip in any direction is nearly a gallon or thereabouts. I dont consider the financial cost cos I love to use it.

Cheers for the DLS thing WP. Never found their web site before looks OK. Bad news on Paddocks though. They never sent me the chassis bushes or enough bolts :-( I'll have to phone first thing and hope they get here before Thur as I'm off to Hamburg to run in the Marathon.

Eyup Ashoofack, DLS are ok, I tend to use them for transactions up to £30 (ish), there aint a deal of difference between them and Paddock below £30. However, when I purchased a re-con gearbox (with tran box)
Paddock were about £100 less mate. No prizes for guessing where I went.
Ashoofack, theres BLRS as well chap, I think they do mail order as well.

Regards WP.
