Padded Tape Stuff

Could anyone tell me what that padded tape is called - the stuff that you put between plates on the body to stop rattles. It's around the transmission tunnel etc.

I need to order some for the plate under my centre seat which is louder than my engine these days

plumbers merchants normally sell it cheap,its called combustion door seal,10 mtrs should cost about a fiver
