That sucks. I lent my p38 to my mechanic in October and he blew it up. He's currently rebuilding the engine on his drive in the snow/freezing cold
I see his got a good hygiene standerd then

Only takes a bit of grit blown in and a few thousand miles later scratched bores ect enjoy your eggs
