Does a Discovery 2 have these spare plugs or Sockets behind the Liight units ,already have black lidded socket require the grey one as have purchased a caravan !
 
Wiring colours on car:
LH RH
Indicator- Green & Red Green & White
Tail - Red & Black Red & White
Stop- Green & Purple Green & Purple
Fog- Red & Yellow Red & Yellow

GROUND-BLACK

No.1 Yellow-LH Indicator
2 Blue- Rear fog
3 White- GROUND
4 Green- RH Indicator
5 Brown- RH tail lamp
6 Red- Brake lamps
7 Black- LH tail lamp

After satisfying myself that an "indicator" is a turn signal, I used this as a gude for installing a four prong tow hitch electrical hook-up. I assume that the Green/White is an error in that myne does not have a Green/White, but rather it has a Green/Yellow. Please correct me if I am wrong. You see, we Americans are perceptive-will catch-on if given time.
