First off it could be a number of things, secondly I'm not gonna suggest what it could be as they are things you can easily find out via google, had you been a bit more polite, maybe started with a 'Hi, I'm new hear and was hoping for some help' or something along those lines you may have got a positive reply, thirdly don't get in a strop about it, its a bit of jesting unless you take it further which then becomes a full blown 'f*ck you, no f*ck you' argument
