p38 problem

hi guys wonderd if anyone could shead some light on a problem i have with m p38 the battery whent flat so i disconected it to charge it put it back on and key code lock out was displayed . so i got the EKA and entred it but it still will not sart the key locks and unlocks fine just will not fire up and ides or sugestions will be a great help
