p38 immobilizer

problem with alarm on p38 2.5 dse. some times the imobilizer will not work first time. will open doors except drivers, have ordered motor, then when put key in will not start, have to get out and lock and unlock doors with the key, then use the fob again, normally will then immobilize after second go.
