P38 heater O rings hassle

Just when you don't need it the P38 sods law bites you, when I changed cylinder head I renewed the heater hoses and they took a lot of getting them off and it must have cracked the O ring seal on the heater, as it had been done before I thought easy! That was until I rounded off the screw head, f**k, ended up drilling the head off and then the stud left would not come loose from the back plate, plus gas, heat gun and cold water, new mini vice grips and skinned knuckles, 2 days later it finally cracked loose. The screw is 5mm not 4mm as per one post just in case anyone else has to replace it. All back together and gave it a run and just cooling down overnight to check for leaks before the panels go back on. One day I must just crack and get the swan vesta's out! Murray.
