p38 Heater Blower motor

I have a 96 p38.
For the last tittle while the heater blower fan takes longer and longer to come on. some times as long as a couple of minutes.
Could it be the blower fan is dying, or would it be the rotary switch? Or something else?

Any help would be appreciated.

Where is that? and can I change it?

Looks like this. Clipped to steel pipe going into matrix at right hand side of heater box. You will need to remove trim panel from below steering wheel. Look in RAVE for details. Temperature Sensor - Heater - Genuine Land Rover at www.rimmerbros.co.uk
