p38 harman/cardon radio AHHHHHHH!!

I'm new to all this but i have a problem with my stereo in my p38 rangie the display has gone and a while ago my battery went flat and i cant put the code in because i cant see and my audio bit is missing from my hand book :doh: (sods law) so i need step by step instruction on how to put my code in iv phoned various places and they want to charge me to repair it and then they will show me how to put the code in i just havnt got the spare 80 quid if anyone can help me id really apriciate it
