[GALLERY=][/GALLERY]I've been having ongoing issue with suspension dropping, I've renewed all valve block seals and pump and its improved the car taking 15 mins to rise to less than a minute but within 30 mins rear drivers side is starting to go down to below access hight which then pulls down front drivers side then rear passengers side but front passengers seem to remain up and upon checking erlier I noticed following pictures at rear drivers side, the bump stop is 80% missing and exhaust is about ready to snap off behind wheel so I'm wondering if the heat from exhaust leaking could have caused slight damage to air bag causing it to drop and start downward cycle of pulling rest of suspension down with it..
I have checked all front connections and pipes into bags and no leaks and I've removed relay under seat to stop it self leveling and it still went down the same also I have checked with finger over exhaust port for leaking solenoids or nrv and no air coming out so I'm suspecting leaking rear back, it looks perished at bottom so I sprayed solution on drivers side and no obvious bubbles TIA

Cannot now bud it refuses to rise if I remove exhaust filter and put figure over hole with engine on and door open air comes out but door shut there is no air I did put vaseline around pipes when I pushed them in and wonder if a bit has got drawn it and blocked something?

Sounds like diaphragm is leaking. You need to do a check on things you have done. Vaselin should not be a problem. Compressor is very low volume so with door open air will be forced past the leaking diaphragm. With door shut whatever air you have will be going straight out through the leak.

Everything was new yesterday and was working fine, then I removed 4m pipe to remove exhaust to see if it was leaking then put vaseline round pipe and was some over end which I thought I sorted then it was getting slower to rise now it doesn't, pump runs but as I said no air or suction from. 4mm pipe hole and door open air from exhaust with engine running door shut no air

If just one corner is going down with the relay out, there is a leak. Any sign of perishing on the airbag and it's time to replace along with that exhaust. The EAS pipes run along the top of the left hand side chassis member and leaks caused by a blown exhaust can be a problem

OK bud when I get the other problem solved I'll look into that

When the compressor is running the diaphragm solenoid is active and directs air below the diaphragm to seal the outlet. The small 4 mm pipe is the exhaust into the harness when the compressor stops the diaphram solenoid drops out and pressure from below the diaphragm is released.

It wouldn't rise yesterday after I refitted the valve block but when I fitted that pipe it instantly rose up so I thought it sucked in through that pipe

It has to fill the tank after fitting a new valve block which takes time, if it rose after fitting the pipe it was just coincidence. The 4mm pipe is, as Wammers said, an exhaust.

OK I checked valve block there was a o ring missing on top of square box with silver plunger for inlet valve and 2 o rings in same place on front right valve

OK update after checking everything on valve block again took 3 hours to be sure I refitted this morning but left 4mm pipe off because I could see vaseline up it started car door open and went for a cuppa 10 mins later hot in car and 30-40 seconds it was at normal height with normal height setting selected on dash so there was 2 top orings on square block in front right valve and it was missing from inlet valve so just waiting now to see if it drops again
