P38 EAS Compressor Seal Supplier's

Does anybody have any idea which supplier is good for replacement compressor seal’s?

Mine had been working ok for about 8 years but getting a bit slow to pump up. I think I got the last one from Landyair on Ebay so I got another one from them. I lasted only a few weeks before it failed on the Dartford crossing, managed to bounce off the crossing on the bump stops. Then used the emergency valves that I had been carrying for years.

Tried P38 spares next, same thing failed a few weeks later. I then found an old stock genuine one marked 2011 this has been fine for almost 12 months now.

I would like a spare but are any of them any good?

I used X8R for my l322 seals and was very pleased with their service, and the seals are fine.

Maybe @kurtjohnson10 knows of a good supplier.

+1 to XBR. If the liner is scored, it will knacker the piston seal PDQ.

The quality of just about everything reduces by the day and hour. Unfortunately, almost no-one except China manafactures anything any more so they've got you over a barrel.

I have an as new pump for £50 if needed plus £7 postage uk only

I have used 4x4airseals a couple times after X8R sent me and a few others with kits having the wrong size in one area. I have 3 kits of O rings and none of them have O rings that fit the valve block. Some day in the future no replacements will be available l fear.

I gave up changing seals-years ago they lasted a good while. I bought a new pump off @kurtjohnson10 -fantastic price and service.

That would be a +1 from me for @kurtjohnson10 for EAS stuff. Excellent kit that transformed Otto's troublesome compressor.

or indeed is the valve block still available? I'm having mither with rebuilding the seals & liner on my compressor too...
