P38 Diesel - Hot start issue

Hi,

Found this thread (Replacing fuel temp sensor, tutorial - TDIClub Forums) in other forum.
Can this be a solution for our injection pumps - hot starting issues?
Has anyone tried this before?
Messing with the injection pump seems to be a little bit trickier...

I concur with that assessment. But worth a go if all else has been tried.
