That is a nice Rangy, I like the colour but agree if it was in black that would be right down my way with Cream Leather :)

he says 19MPG yeh right if u drive it like a granny! but in that thing you would have to put your foot down!

I don't think reliability should be an issue of concern. Any forum member would buy that thing with your eyes wide open. The majority of reliability issues would be the same as any P38.

You have the addded bonus that this was an officially approved modification. I believe the engine and tranny were upgraded as part of the mod (source RR.net, not the add).

Honestly, I don't know the guy from adam so I've no agenda or I'm not trying to promote it but if LPG was cheap in Ireland I'd be after that like a shot. Its got rarity value alone, look at the numpties advertising their RRSport lookalikes ofr 9 and 10 grand for what is effectively a hacked up motor. This thing is the genuine article with only a couple made in RHD form.

I paid £6,000 for my 98my DSE a few years back so it looks a steal to me.

I agree, its a super looking motor, and who hasent got problems with there range rover?? some people just use there head and come on to places like this and learn how to fix it themselves others moan about it in the pub to drown there sorrows after paying the main stealer!

as spud says if LPG was a reliable option over here it would be worth considering.

it is very cheap when as you rightly say compared to the 322 sport lookalike thing that is on there. i would want to enjoy the thing though, so could not put up with the 38 traits, maybe put the lump in a defender, now that would be interesting. :hysterically_laughi
