If you mean the button is not working, you will have to go in from the rear passenger compartment and remove the door card.
Fault could be the button spring rusted, the connector corroded, broken wire where they flex or the drivers door lock.

Ive got in on further inspection found corroded connector cleaned and now works

Just for the record Datatek, what does the drivers door lock do that effects the boot lock? Provide power or something?

Yep, iirc the BECM controls the drivers side and boot directly while the passenger side is controled by the outstations, or something like that.
