Hi guys.

I’ve replaced the ICU with no avail. The engine won’t start at all now nor did it just before the replacement. I am still getting a buzzing noise from the ICU and the display reads electrical fault. Would Hawkeye or similar be the next step? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Nanocom best, but you should be able to read some engine faults with a standard OBDII reader.

I'm not familiar with Thor tbh but I'm guessing it's still a stepper motor. These can be really sensitive. For instance mine was idling high I took out the idle valve and someone turned up. I literally wiped a bit of soot off the plunger, stuck my fingers in the hole( o ER) screwed it back tried it when the had left bingo problem cured!
If it was buzzing it suggests it wasn't moving it may have sizzled something before you changed it. You've the changed it and no result. If this was gems I'd plug in nanocom to see what the stepper motor is doing. Try and check the wires end to end continuity. They will go from ecu to iacv. Three wires I think. You could have burnt the ecu but that's outside my paygrade!
