Driver pack in valve block??

Hi are you using the RSW software to controll the EAS system, does this not throw any faults up at all??

Are the switches on the dash lighting up and showing anything at all??

Were allt he cables and connectors ok when you refitted everything??

When controlling it externally, is the vehicle lifting and going through the different heights/ staying level??

hi all yes engine is running suspension works perfectly on switches stays at correct heights but will not run compressor automatically there are no faults on rsw software

Sorry im confused, the pump runs and the suspension raisesd using the rocker switch in the cab?? You can select the different heights etc. An the vehicle stays level?

So when else should the pump be running? It shouldnt run that often if the system is good and sealed, apart from to top the tank up when needed...

the dash switch is connected & lit i have tried another one it all seems to work as it should just no compressor i originaly bought my rangey on springs & recently bought another on air for spares so i changed everything over the only things missing on mine were the air bags & pump but over the last 2 weeks ive been swapping everything trying to resolve this then i bought another pump form a range rover breakers to try still the same problem

ive swapped relay 20 for a known good one if i remove relay bridge terminals to run pump suspension will go to max height when i replace relay it drops to correct level

Running compressor with software cuts out use of pressure switch and temp sensor. If car goes to high setting you maybe putting too much pressure in the tank and it is overcoming the valves. Empty the tank disconnect EASunlock properly and see if compressor starts up then.

thanks but i tried that yesterday too completley drained system still no compressor i would just live with this but i tow a 3 ton compressor & after 10 miles she throws a fault & sits on the bump stops

Is the EAS ecu known good??

Because from what ive read here its the only bit left that would have any control over the EAS pump..

i have a choice of 2 lol & tried both still the same

Gotta admit im stumped then mate, do you have a proper diagnostic??
Might be worth a shot,

Failing that check all your fuses and relays.
Double check the sensors are working
Check the power signals coming out of the ECU's when it should be requesting.

thanks all for your help looks like a trip to a specialist if that doesnt cure it then it back to crappy springs hey ho

Dont give up, its gunna be something daft no doubt.

Take a step back an start again. Sanity check the connections. Maybe see about any corrosion on the connectors...

Best thing will be a proper diagnostic plugged in. See if anyone around you has one on here..
