Owners Handbook and service record book

Hi, Does anyone know can an Owners Handbok and Service Record Book be bought for my 2000 P.38 Rangie, I did't get the usual wallet with these enclosed from the previous owner. Where would be the best place to look, ebay has turned up nothing so far!
