outside temperature sensor

Hi, anyone know the exact location of this sensor on my 2000dhse ?.Readings are erratic but how hard is it to get at and what needs to be removed.All i know is its at the front but cant see it from top or below.?

The Ambient temperature sensor -which I believe is the outside temp sensor,

up to vin no: 381430 is uder the suttle panel below the window wipers

after vin 381431 its behind the front bumper.

Its in the Range Rover Workshop Manual section...82

I have 2000dse temp sensor is behind front bumper, if you remove front grill undo 2 bolts under bumper each side number plate release spring catch type things on bumper ends you can slide it forward few inches to give access, found mine when changing air con condensor.

Cheers KDS , when i move bumper,whereabouts do i need to then look ? ,drivers/passenger side ?near lights ?. Just want to make sure before i do it.

Looking from the front of the car, it's bottom right hand side of the condensor, like a small piece of tube pointing down on a bracket with a wire out the top.
